The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price. Availability Of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withindrawn at any time.If we do not supply the good for any reason we will not charge you for theseand will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. Risk
As soon as we have delivered the good to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods , any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your risk.
Any transit damage to the goods, MUST be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. Do not sign for goods until you have examined them as the corriers responsibility ends with your signature. If you are unsure or unhappy with the condition of your consignment, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
Any shortages or incorrect goods must be reported within one working day of the delivery, if you do not do this we will have no liability for shortages, incorrect goods or goods damaged in transit.
Please not that we will not be liable for any costs, damages, cahrges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering good that is beyond are reasonable control. Product Guarantee
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacture's Guarantee for a minimum period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Should you in the unlikley event experiance any problems with the product during the manufactures guarantee please contact their service department on the number supplied with the machine.
